We need practical hands-on support to help us increase sales
Gary Barber, MD of GB Sports & Leisure, was referred to Ann Sherrington by Business Link. The company supply & install playground and sports equipment nationwide, was looking for some training/advice and wanted to take advantage of government funding that was available.
Gary wanted to increase turnover by 25% over 12 months, by developing:
- A clear sales plan that the whole team could focus on
- His own leadership & management skills so he could motivate & support the team in meeting their targets
In addition he wanted to ensure that all quotes and contacts made to customers and prospects were properly followed up.
The successful approach we took combined sales training workshops for the team and leadership coaching for Gary, together with a session on writing the Marketing Plan.
